Are you a "no reply" blogger?

Thanks to my girl Erin over at The Short and Sassy Teacher...I realized I was a "no reply blogger"! This means that when I post a comment, people can't directly reply to me, all due to Google +. YUCK....but how was I supposed to know?!

 So here's a little tutorial for those of you who were in the dark like me!
